Needlepoint Junction Travel Program Terms & Conditions
By registering for a Needlepoint Junction travel program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Reservations & Payments
-
All payments are non-refundable.
-
Reservations are transferable to another individual with prior written approval from Needlepoint Junction. Any transfer must be completed before the program begins and may be subject to applicable deadlines or administrative requirements.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time you make your reservation. Travel insurance can help protect your investment should you need to cancel due to illness, injury, family emergency, weather disruptions, airline cancellations, or other unforeseen circumstances. It may also provide coverage for medical expenses, trip interruption, baggage loss, and travel delays.
Passports, Visas & Travel Requirements
Participants are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining:
-
A valid passport with sufficient validity for international travel.
-
Any required visas, electronic travel authorizations, or other entry permits.
-
Compliance with all customs, immigration, health, vaccination, or entry requirements established by the countries visited.
Beginning in 2027, some destinations may require electronic travel authorization (such as the United Kingdom ETA or the European ETIAS, when applicable). It is each participant's responsibility to verify and obtain all required documentation before departure.
Failure to obtain the necessary documentation or meet entry requirements does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Travel Interruptions
Needlepoint Junction is not responsible for airline schedule changes, flight delays, cancellations, missed connections, lost or delayed baggage, weather events, natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond our control that may affect your travel plans.
Program Changes
While every effort will be made to provide the itinerary as advertised, Needlepoint Junction reserves the right to substitute instructors, accommodations, venues, transportation, or activities when necessary due to circumstances beyond our control or when doing so is in the best interest of the group. Any substitutions will be of comparable quality whenever possible.
Participant Responsibility
Participants are responsible for determining whether this program is appropriate for their physical abilities and personal needs. Any dietary restrictions, accessibility needs, or medical considerations should be communicated to Needlepoint Junction as early as possible. While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee that all accommodations will be available.
Release of Liability
By participating in a Needlepoint Junction travel program, you acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including those related to transportation, accommodations, activities, illness, injury, or loss of personal property.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless Needlepoint Junction, its owners, employees, instructors, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, expenses, or liabilities arising out of or related to your participation in the program, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Photography & Marketing
During the trip, photographs and videos may be taken for use on Needlepoint Junction's website, social media platforms, newsletters, and other marketing materials. By participating, you grant Needlepoint Junction permission to use your likeness for these purposes unless you notify us in writing before the trip begins.
Acceptance of Terms
By submitting your registration and payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
